ZingerBats.com exclusively ships via UPS on all orders considered non truck freight.ZingerBats.com will only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
When will my product be shipped out?
Most products ordered will ship within 1-2 business days, some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items.
How long will it take to receive my product?
If the product is in stock most orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date please contact us.
ZingerBats.com CANNOT ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because we use UPS as our shipping company, (which does not ship to APO/FPO addresses). As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.

ZingerBats.com will NOT process a refund once the order has been shipped from the warehouse. There are no refunds once custom personalization order have been placed.
